War Games and Dress up

February 15, 2011 § Leave a comment

This weekend I got to spend some quality time with some of my favorite kids. The triplets will be six at the end of this month. It still blows my mind how fast they are growing up.

Jessie and I played dress up. This is what happens when you let a seven-year old take over your camera.

Jessie and I were princesses while the boys were knights that saved us.

We played a few games of war and attempted some 500. Ultimately, we decided to end the night with a dance party and made up stories for bedtime. I told the boys a simple version of Lord of the Rings. Danny, the oldest, decided LOTR is boring because there are no guns or stormtroopers. Can you tell he is a Star Wars fan?
