the end of an era: “that’s what she said”

I am sad to see him go. I have laughed so much because of Michael Scott. I have cried, and now I must say good-bye to the era of Michael Scott. It is going to be so difficult to watch “The Office” now that he is no longer The World’s Greatest Boss. Thank you Michael Scott for the humor, insight and creative (and not actual) words.

Besides bringing back “that’s what she said” (see Wayne’s World), Michael Scott has some of the best quotes ever. Here are some of my other favorites.

“I am Michael, and I am part English, Irish, German, and Scottish, sort of a virtual United Nations.”

“I learned improv from the greats, like Drew Carey and Ryan Stiles.”

“You may look around, and see two groups here. White collar, blue collar. But I don’t see it that way. You know why not? Because I am collar-blind.”
